Michael Modica is a Senior Partner and Financial Advisor at Pine Valley Investments (PVI). He works with high-net-worth individuals, families, and institutional clients to design and implement comprehensive investment and planning strategies.

Since joining PVI in 2015 and becoming a Partner in 2018, Mike has helped guide the firm's evolution into a multi-disciplinary financial group that brings together wealth management, private investments, and insurance solutions.

Mike's advisory practice combines portfolio management, estate and tax planning, and retirement strategy to help clients make clear and coordinated financial decisions. He serves on PVI's Investment Committee, where he contributes to asset allocation, manager selection, and portfolio implementation. His work emphasizes disciplined investing, tax awareness, and long-term planning that keeps clients focused on what matters most.

Beyond his client work, Mike leads PVI's private investment platform, sourcing and structuring access to alternative assets including private equity, private credit, and real assets. He also oversees the firm's insurance solutions practice, helping clients integrate life insurance and annuities into their broader financial plans.

Mike holds FINRA Series 7, 66, and 65 licenses, along with a Life and Health Insurance license. He is a graduate of Rutgers University.
